Important Announcement - May 26, 2009

International Inspection, Inc. Senior Technician Mr. Mark Thury was assigned to a project in conjunction with Miami Diver based out of Miami Florida to perform inspection and Steelman services on the vessel SOPHIA D. The SOPHIA D ran aground near the Caribbean Island of Curacao causing major damage to the ships rudder. Extensive repairs are expected to take more than 3 months to complete. This repair will be featured on the National Geographic Channel June 25, 2009. Click on link to see a trailer of the upcoming episode.

Duncan McClure and Mike Delgado present Jeff Trapp and Robert Gokin III with Submariner Rolex 20 year service awards - January 16, 2009

After attending Utah State University, Jeff Trapp enrolled at the College of Oceaneering and graduated in June of 1987. Immediately after graduating in June, Jeff came to work for our company in July 1987. In December of that same year, Jeff was asked to transfer to Portland Oregon and assist in the recently opened office in the Pacific Northwest. Within months Jeff was named Manager or the Portland Oregon Division and in 1997 became one of the Principals of International Inspection, Inc.

Robert Gokin III graduated from the College of Oceaneering in December 1988. In January 1989 he began his employment with our company. Robert began as an entry level technician mainly working in and around the local refineries. Robert began gaining inspection experience an all industries and took a special interest to the Marine Industry. Within a few years Robert transferred to the newest of our West Coast office in Seattle, WA. Robert is now a Steelman / Senior Technician for International Inspection, Inc. performing inspections all over the world for our clients. We are very proud to have Robert as part of our team and the International Inspection, Inc. family.

Marc came to work for the company back in 1987 as an entry level trainee having just graduated from the College of Oceaneering in Wilmington CA. Over the past 20+ years Marc has traveled the world performing inspections for maritime owners. Marc has a great work ethic and always gives the clients the highest quality of inspection. International Inspection, Inc. is very honored to have him as part of our team.
