International Inspection, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of the Niton Xli 800 Positive Material Identification (PMI) unit to our growing list of service capabilities. The Xli 800 offers integrated touch-screen display, an integrated bar code reader (for easy report generation), and has a wireless unit to PC capability.  The built-in alloy grade library contains specifications for more than 300 common alloy grades, with the ability to store an additional 500 specific custom (user input) alloys.  Testing time for most alloys is 2 to 5 seconds resulting in a more cost effective service for larger projects.
