DUNCAN McCLURE — PRESIDENT

Duncan McClure possesses over 30 years of technical and managerial experience.  Mr. McClure graduated King Williams College, Isle of Man in 1982.  After receiving CSWIP 3.1 & 3.2 certification Mr. McClure worked as a Commercial Saturation Diver from 1983 to 1992 specializing in sub sea inspection in the North Sea, Irish Sea, Persian Gulf, Bombay High and Baltic Sea.  Duncan has over 25 years of experience in the inspection industry and specializes in customer relations and marketing for International Inspection, Inc.  Mr. McClure’s primary focus is to actively advance the growth of International Inspection, Inc. Professional affiliations include American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) and served as a Board Member of the Society of Port Engineers (SOPE).

MIchael Delgado — ASNT Level II — Vice President of Operations

Mr. Delgado has over 30 years of Nondestructive Testing experience in various industries ranging from Construction, Fabrication, and Aerospace to Petrochemical and Marine. Mr. Delgado has been involved with suppliers and manufacturing companies in the development of testing equipment to better serve the industry.  Michael is a State of California approved Radiation Safety Officer and oversees the Radiation Safety Programs Corporate Wide.  Michael’s primary focus is to continue a tradition our clients have been acustomed to, a tradition of excellence and superior quality of inspection. His technical background is complimented by his B.A. in Industrial Psychology, California State University Long Beach. Member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT ), member of the Society of Port Engineers (SOPE), and American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE)

John Knapp — ASNT Level III — Field Service Manager — Washington Division
Mr. Knapp has over 30 years of NDT experience, 20 of which have been in management positions.  Areas of experience include Aerospace, Construction Materials, Petrochemical, Marine, Nuclear, and Advanced Composites.  Currently John holds an ASNT Level III Certification in RT and VT, as well as a Level II Certification in MT and PT.  John is also the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the Seattle office.  John has held Level II certifications in UTSW, UTT, TTU, UT Immersion, PT, MT, VT, RT, ET, and has been certified by the FAA with a Limited Repairman Certificate.  John was a member of the API 653 Item writing committee, which developed the test currently used to certify inspectors.  NDT graduate Spartan School of Aeronautics.  Professional affiliations include American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and American Welding Society (AWS).

Daniel C. Rosian — ASNT Level II — Operations Manager — Oregon Division

Daniel has worked in the Nondestructive Testing industry for over 30 years and has achieved Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A. Daniel’s experience in Refinery, Chemical Plants, Pulp and Paper Mills, Pipeline Inspection, Power Plants, Aerospace, and other specialty areas has made him a highly versatile Manager & Project Coordinator for large scale jobs in the United States.  Dan is the State approved Radiation Safety Officer for the Portland office.

Scott Geffre — ASNT Level II — Assistant Manager — California Division

Business Major at California State University Fullerton from 1986 to 1990.  Member of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing.

Scott has nearly 30 years of NDT experience and specializes in the Construction and Fabrication industries.  He is involved with the estimating and scheduling of all field radiography crews, as well as dealing with clients and ensuring the highest quality of field inspection. Scott is a State of California recognized Alternate Radiation Safety Officer.

GABRIEL LAKEY — UT/MT/PT/VT LEVEL II — OPERATIONS MANAGER — HOUSTON DIVISION

Gabriel joined International Inspection, Inc. in 2014 progressing to Senior Technician in Marine Inspection Services. Promoted to Operations Manager of the companies Houston Division in 2019, Gabriel brings an extensive knowledge of American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas – Germanischer Lloyd (DNV-GL), Lloyd’s Register, Registro Italiano Navale (RINA), and United States Coast Guard (USCG), rules, requirements, and reporting to the Houston Division. Currently, Gabriel holds Level II certifications in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT). Gabriel is a graduate of Divers Institute of Technology, where he studied rigging and salvage operations, dive inspections, topside and underwater welding, and Nondestructive Testing.

ALFREDO HERNANDEZ – ASNT LEVEL II – OPERATONS MANAGER – SAN DIEGO DIVISION
Mr. Hernandez  graduated from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology and has worked in the Nondestructive Testing industry for 7 years and has achieved Level II certifications in VT, MT, UT, RT and PT in accordance with ASNT-TC-1A. Alfredo’s has extensive experience in the Maritime, Fabrication and Construction Industries.
Member of International Inspection since 2016.
DAVID LANE — ASNT Level III — CORPORATE QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Mr. Lane has over a dozen years of Nondestructive Testing experience and has served a broad range of industries including, tunneling, underwater construction, telecommunications, aerospace, maritime, and heavy commercial construction. From underground tunneling operations to inspecting the final weld on top of a skyscraper, Mr. Lane has ensured quality goals were met each step of the way. This commitment to quality has led him to be affiliated with professional organizations such as the American Welding Society (AWS) and the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT). Some of his current professional certifications include ASNT Level III in UT, MT, VT, and PT methods, International Code Council (ICC) / Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) accredited Special Inspector (SI) for the Welding, Bolting, Fireproofing, Framing, and Proprietary Anchoring of Structural Steel, as well as being an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
